The organisation would like to fundraise efficiently and work to retain its hard-won members, who provide vital funds. Wildlife trusts have identified member 'retention' strategies and the Durham Wildlife trust would like to develop and implement its own strategy.
They are looking for someone to conduct internal and external research to inform the Durham Wildlife Trust on the key issues. This will involve devising a written retention strategy, implementing it to maximise income, introducing a new culture of member-focus and strong communications that will continue beyond the duration of the project.
