Graduate Development Programmes
We offer graduates the chance to undertake a 6 month project on a full time basis with the possibility of permanent employment upon successful completion of the project.
In previous years 88.5% of the graduates completing the initial 6 months were offered a permanent contract with the company concerned.
This is open to all graduates from any UK university, within 3 years of their graduation.
Payment is negotiated between you and the company, although we do recommend a minimum salary of £15,000 per annum pro rata.
This is an excellent way to enhance your career prospects and build on your CV portfolio.
Recent graduate development programmes have been in the following areas: engineering, media, marketing, accounting, IT and business.
